Reopening of the Circuit Office at Nunthorpe Methodist Church -  Covid-19 safety information

The Middlesbrough & Eston Methodist Circuit takes its responsibilities to protect church members and visitors extremely seriously and would take this opportunity to request that you please do not enter the circuit office if you or any your household have Covid-19 symptoms.

In accord with HM Government guidance we would also remind that certain groups of people are at increased risk from contracting the disease including all people aged 70 or over.   Such individuals are advised to stay at home as much as possible and, if they do go out, to take particular care to minimise contact with others outside of their household.

The circuit office is now back open for use.   In the current climate the following protocol should be followed to ensure everyone's safety.

o Requests for work should be made electronically wherever possible to keep the number of visitors to the office to an absolute minimum.

o Any necessary visit(s) to the office should be booked in advance with the circuit administrator.

o Any necessary visit(s) will be restricted to one person who will be required to sanitise their hands prior to entry, to wear a face covering and to maintain social distance for the duration of their visit.

o The circuit administrator will make a note of who attends, when and for what purpose.   This information will be retained for 21 days to comply with NHS Test and Trace requirements.

Anyone attending the circuit office, for whatever purpose, is requested to carefully follow the measures that have been put in place to minimize the risk of infection transmission.   Please note that these measures may change with little or no advance notice as Methodist Church/HM Govt requirements are relaxed and/or tightened.

Thank you for your support and cooperation helping us to help you stay Covid safe.
