On-line Worship

If you can’t get out for services but have a smart phone or lap top, don’t forget, you can Worship at Home any time during the week. Each week a new one. Click on the link:

http://www.memc.uk/wah.html

Also David Everitt is willing to provide a CD of any WaH along with recordings of the hymns, for people who find clicking on new technology challenging, and those who can’t get out to Worship. Phone David… 07813020953

WaH remains very popular, especially it seems, singing along with the YouTube hymns chosen by our preachers to go with their message. Even if you come to church on a Sunday, you can still join WaH for a mid-week service anytime, in the comfort of your home.

People in need of Prayer

We have many members and friends in need of prayer, through illness, infirmity and grief. We continue to prayer for them and rejoice that our prayers are heard.

We also pray for Carolyn as she takes up her role as Vice President of Methodist Conference.

We will be able to follow not only her year, her blog, but also her induction at Methodist Conference from Leeds live streamed 27 June- 3 July  on The Methodist Church Website: Click here:

Don’t forget that the Kitchen is being completely renovated over August and we need to adapt our meetings and refreshment arrangements to accommodate. See Jill or Kay for details  on how!!
