The Project is based in Avenue Methodist Church where Methodist worship ceased at the end of August 2012 after 104 years of Christian worship in the church The Project is managed by a Project Team under the Trusteeship of the Circuit Meeting.

The Project Team comprises:

Brian Glover (Chair), John Martin ( Project Co-ordinator), Ron Mapplebeck, Brenda Marriott, Trish McCartney (former Avenue members), Ailsa Adamson (MAP) , Pastor Paul Oyani (RCCG)

Paul White is our Caretaker

John Martin is our designated contact and via himself and Paul White there continues to be a steady string of enquiries about potential future use of the Avenue premises by outside parties.

The Project Team continues to do everything possible to maintain the premises in good condition.

The Avenue building remains available for weddings and funerals conducted by one of our presbyters.

All in all, therefore, the continued outlook for the Community Project is very encouraging and we trust this will continue long into the future.
